Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate and complete when placing your order. Ischy-Jewelry will not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
2. Shipping Origin & Methods
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong, China. We cooperate with reputable international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, SF Express International, Hong Kong Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery to your destination. The specific courier service will be selected based on your shipping address, order weight, and delivery speed requirements.
Note: Our products are non-precious metals and non-precious gemstones jewelry, which are compliant with international shipping regulations. We will provide all necessary shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice) to facilitate customs clearance.

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, due to local customs restrictions or international shipping regulations, we may not be able to ship to certain destinations. 9. Shipping Issues & Claims
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
