Due to the volume of orders we receive, we may occasionally be unable to fulfill an order within the estimated time. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you of the delay. While we make every effort to avoid delays, we do not guarantee delivery dates.

PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS

Ischy-Jewelry coupon codes are subject to expiration without notice. Ischy-Jewelry will not accept expired coupon codes, even if they are linked from third-party sites. Coupons will not apply to bundled items, premium gifts, or special items. Coupons may not be applied to sale items and cannot be combined with any other offers.

FREE GIFTS

Free gifts are limited in quantity and subject to availability. Ischy-Jewelry reserves the right to substitute a comparable free gift without notice if the selected free gift is unavailable.

PRICING ERRORS

Ischy-Jewelry.com works hard to provide accurate pricing. However, data (including prices) may be displayed incorrectly due to typographical or system errors.   • Measurements are approximate, as it is impossible to produce all jewelry with identical exact measurements.

Order Revision & Cancellation

Ischy-Jewelry also reserves the right, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate your account and block your future access to and use of the Site. We will prosecute all unauthorized or fraudulent transactions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DISCLAIMERS

  1. For silver jewelry products: If damage or corrosion occurs due to collision/friction with hard objects, or wearing the silver jewelry while bathing, using hot springs, etc., we are not responsible for any losses. Such damage/corrosion will not be covered by our 30-Day Return Policy.
  2. For shipping: If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you (the customer), we will not bear any losses, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
