2.All custom-made and exclusive pieces (such as rings and special-order jewelry) are created specifically for you and are therefore only eligible for exchange in the case of a manufacturing defect.

3.To initiate an exchange, please email us at ischy_jewelry@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request. All exchanges are subject to formal authorization from our customer service team, which will be provided in writing.

Items Purchased from an Authorized Retailer: If your ISCHY piece was purchased through one of our authorized stockists, please contact the retailer directly for support regarding their specific return and exchange policies. We are unable to process exchanges for items not purchased directly on ISCHY.com.
